Windmill Decor delivers complete painting and decorating packages for newly built homes, extensions and residential developments. We work from fresh plaster and newly installed woodwork through to the final coats, preparing walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting boards and staircases to achieve a clean, durable and consistent finish throughout.
New-build work often involves several rooms, multiple trades and fixed completion dates. We coordinate our programme with builders and other contractors, keep working areas organised and complete each stage in the right sequence. Clear communication helps the wider project progress smoothly without compromising preparation or finish quality.
Every room is checked carefully before completion so the property feels cohesive from one area to the next. Our service suits individual new homes, larger developments, landlords, builders and property professionals who require reliable workmanship, consistent standards and a finished interior ready for handover or occupation.
Renovation decorating begins with the condition of the existing surfaces. We repair, fill, sand, caulk, seal and prime wherever required before any finishing coats are applied. This thorough preparation creates a smoother result, improves durability and prevents old defects from showing through the completed decoration for much longer.
We work across full-property renovations, remodelled rooms, extensions, conversions and older interiors where new materials must meet existing finishes cleanly. Particular care is given to repaired plaster, replacement joinery, altered layouts, edges and transitions so the completed space feels unified rather than visibly patched together in separate areas.
Throughout the project, surrounding areas are protected and the property is kept as tidy and organised as possible. We communicate clearly as work progresses, inspect every decorated surface and complete detailed finishing checks, leaving each room with a refined appearance that complements the wider renovation as a whole.
